Methodology:

. For pistachio brown butter cake, combine all of the dry substances and hold them apart. Take the butter, warmth it in a pan and make it golden brown. In the meantime, whisk the egg yolk and add all of the dry substances. Final, add the brown butter and bake in a tray for 10 min. Take it out of the oven and hold it within the fridge.

. For the yoghurt mousse, soak the gelatin in chilly water. Combine yoghurt and sugar, add cream and add gelatin, and set within the freezer.

. For raspberry cream, boil puree, add icing sugar, and add gelatin. Fold in whipped cream and pipe contained in the yoghurt mousse and freeze.

. Garnish with a recent strawberry if desired.
