Commentary: Staff do not need to be managed, they need to be companions


Even earlier than the pandemic, there was a disaster of employee dissatisfaction, with millennials – the technology poised to make up nearly all of our workforce – viewing enterprise as out of step with their priorities.

Companies should decide to a broader social objective or face disconnected and unmotivated employees unlikely to remain of their jobs. Co-creation builds on that uncommon and beneficial sense of connection rising in the perfect kind of purpose-driven co-operative partnerships.

The sensation of connection is so necessary, we’ll begin to normalise viewing friendship as an important work useful resource, since we now know that co-operation is just not born of deep analytical calculations, however instinct and emotions.

Typically, when administration gurus speak about co-operation, what they actually imply is managing subordinates into passivity.
